Placing an
order |
Online Shopping: We
have enlisted the help of PayPal and the
shopping cart system to process your Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, or e-Check.
This is a very secure way of "quick
paying" so that we can confirm your funds and ship your jewelry as soon as
possible. Even though we use PayPal for processing, you do not need to have a
PayPal account to pay with your credit card. Simply open the web page with the
detailed view of the item and click on the 'Add to Cart' button to the right of the image. When you
are ready to purchase, click 'Checkout' and follow the steps to
purchase your jewelry. You will have an option to use your credit card for a
one-time payment, or login to your PayPal account. You can also e-mail us with the details and description of
the item and have it placed on hold.

Shipping
& handling

All available jewelry items will be shipped within 1 to 3 days of payment
confirmation. We may be able to ship sooner if a prior history is established. If an item is no longer available due to a previous sale,
we will
notify you within one business day by e-mail or phone. Options for ordering a similar item will be discussed, and an alternative time frame will be suggested.
All jewelry will be shipped from Prescott, Arizona via USPS (the U.S. Postal Service), including continental USA, non-continental
USA, and Foreign countries. If requested, alternate arrangements may be made for shipping by Federal Express or United Parcel
Service or for services such as 1-day, 2-day, etc. Additional charges may apply.
Sales tax
is applicable only if you are a resident of Arizona.
Shipping and Insurance fees
are paid by the customer and will be individually
calculated based on the total amount of your order.

- If your order totals up to
$49.99, please
add $5.25.
- If your order
totals $50 to $99.99, please add $6.90.
- If your order
totals $100 to 299.99, please add $8.00.
- If your order
totals $300 to $499.99, please add $10.00.
- If your order
totals $500 or more, an additional insurance fee (in increments of $1.65 per
every $100) will be
required.
We will provide you with a final cost based on your order.
For International Orders: We welcome international orders. If you are ordering from a country other than the United States,
we will
calculate the shipping and insurance based on applicable costs to ship to your
country and send a confirming e-mail requesting your approval. Any applicable
import fees and/or taxes will be your responsibility.

All jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from
defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry fail, and examination reveals
it was due to negligence on our part, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or,
if preferred, give a full refund.

Jewelry may be exchanged
for credit only, within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Sale items, custom
orders, or items that have been adjusted are final and cannot be returned
or exchanged.

Please e-mail or call us at 1-800-385-6026 to request a Return Authorization number.
Please allow 1 week from the day you return your package for your credit to be issued.
Exchanges or online store credits will not be issued without a Return Authorization number.
