Edwardian Ruffle Neckwarmer

The inspiration for this piece came from my wanderlust for England, even though this time of year it could be quite drafty in those castles! This is great neck-warming accessory for under your winter coat or overtop of an open-neck sweater. The design is asymmetrical with one end wide (creates the ruffle) and the other end tapers and then accommodates the befitting Celtic symbol button.
